This website is operated by Paranormal Tees. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Paranormal Tees. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Online store terms

You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this store. You may not use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or transmit malicious code.

Products and product information

Paranormal Tees products are made on demand. We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, artwork, sizing, and images accurately, but colors and appearance can vary by screen, garment, and production process. Please review product details and size information before ordering.

We may change or discontinue products, designs, prices, or availability at any time. We do not guarantee that every product or service will meet every individual expectation.

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or product errors, inventory or fulfillment limitations, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Orders enter production quickly, so requested changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after an order is submitted.

Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping and delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address errors, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery. Our current production, shipping, tracking, and delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy.

Returns, replacements, and order issues

Because our products are made on demand, all sales are final except where applicable law requires otherwise. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or an incorrect size or color selected by the customer. Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items may qualify for a free replacement as described in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The website and its content, including artwork, graphics, logos, product designs, text, photographs, and layout, are owned by or licensed to Paranormal Tees and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
