Shipping policy

Made-to-order fulfillment

Every Paranormal Tees item is made on demand. Our standard delivery estimate is 2–8 business days after the order is placed. This estimate includes normal production and transit time. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed; holidays, high-volume periods, carrier delays, or quality-control reprints may require additional time.

United States shipping rates

We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $4.75 for an order containing one product. Free standard shipping is applied automatically when an order contains two or more products.

Expedited shipping, when available, is priced separately at checkout and is not included in the free standard-shipping offer. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Carrier scans can occasionally take several business days to update.

Incorrect addresses and delivery issues

Please review your shipping address before submitting your order. Paranormal Tees is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, and the local carrier first. If a U.S. package has not arrived within 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date, contact us within 7 days through our Contact page so we can investigate.

Split shipments

Items may be produced by different fulfillment partners and can arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
